Louisa Kinsley   Louisa Kinsley

Louisa’s goals shifted when she went into training to be a Yoga Educator after working for a large corporate company for a number of years. She teaches all levels of Hatha Yoga to the adult population as well as working with children in the classroom. Louisa teaches adults and children alike the powerful changes that are made through the practice of yoga. As a Yoga Therapist she works with people with more specific needs, to empower themselves using yoga and the connection of the body with the breath. Her practice and passion for empowering people are continued in her work as a Personal Trainer.
     
Greg Scerba   Greg Scerba
BS, MS
Greg has a B.S. in Elementary Education, Masters of Science in Childhood Education. Greg has coached and trained the SUNY Cortland Collegiate Baseball team, the Junior Varsity Baseball team, as well as the Modified Football team at Dryden High School. Greg spent 3 years as Nanuet's Head Coach for varsity and junior varsity softball. As Nanuet’s varsity assistant soccer coach, Greg currently devotes his focus and time solely to training all goalkeepers for the Nanuet Girls and Boys Soccer Programs. Greg has been the assistant coach for the Varsity Girls Lacrosse program at Sleepy Hollow High School and is currently the acting varsity coach.
     
Matt Vickers   Matt Vickers
Matt is a Pearl River HS graduate. He received his undergraduate degree from Drew University where he also played on the baseball team. Matt received his Masters degree in Physical Education at Manhattanville College and is currently taking courses at Lehman College as a non-matriculated student for health education. Matt currently works as a Physical Education teacher at elementary schools in Bloomingdale, NJ, and previously taught at the Bronx Charter School for Better Learning. Matt was also a former assistant baseball coach at City College of New York. Matt is CPR and First Aid certified. Matt's philosophy on working with children is "what kids come in with isn't as important as what they leave with."
   
Justin Epifano   Justin Epifano

Justin Epifano is a certified personal trainer through American Sports & Fitness Association. He has a background in Para-military style training and while serving as an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps, he pursued every avenue of physical fitness the corps had to offer. He became a Marine Corps Martial Arts green belt instructor (MCMAP), holding both a first class Personal Fitness Test (PFT) and a first class Combat Fitness Test (CFT) all four years of his service. He also helped form the training evolution for Special Operations as well as the Marines own Bodybuilding/Powerlifting team, Semper Fit, where he used his knowledge of nutrition and Personal Training to help his fellow Marines reach their fitness goals . With one combat tour in Iraq under his belt, Justin was honorably discharged from the Marines and is pursuing his passion for fitness and training with us at Vision Sports Club.
